Bunion
  - Bony bump near the joint at the base of the big toe

  - Instep may appear inflamed
  - Instep may have pronounced flat foot deformity
Warts
  - Small black dot in center of wart
  - Sensation of lump under the foot
  - Firm warty lesions with tiny pinpoint dark spots
  - Smooth surface with gray-yellow or brown color
